Where to begin? My experience with Skt has been amazing! I was referred to her a friend and have been so pleased with outcome of my services. Skt is focused on providing services for holistic all around care. She is patient, attentive, professional and a wealth of knowledge and information on health and wellness. I can tell this is her passion and that she has a love for what she does by her demeanor, energy and kindness . I never felt rushed like in a doctors office where its 15 minutes before the next patient. The first think I had was the health assessment. We spent almost an hour discussing my health, family history, diet and goals. After which I had the AO Body scan which identified areas in my body where there are deficiencies. We talked through each area to determine a plan of action to create more balance through diet, vitamins and supplements. I also tried the RF Food Detox which is GREAT for clearing out toxins and inflammation in the body. It's a lil intense but it does the job! The detox also included light therapy to re-align the chakras AND a 10 min foot massage. Skt has a signature foot massage that is unique and very special. I've had many in my lifetime and hers is one of my favorite:-) So looking forward to my next session!!

Holistic wellness and healing treatments for the mind, body and soul. Each treatment is unique and very personalized to the client. I made my appointment after hearing rave reviews about Skt from 2 friends. What did I need? I don't know... but she did! I ended up getting the ion foot spa - Deluxe which is a stronger detox than the regular one and also includes either a foot massage or a reiki healing. All I can say is when I left, I felt much better than I did when I came in-- and by the time I got home it was like I had a second wind of energy. She also sells a variety of healing herbs and tinctures that she can prescribe for any ailments. I bought some catsclaw to add to my morning turmeric tea. She was professional, prompt and well prepared. I'm looking forward to my next treatment with her. She's a local, woman owned, black owned business catering to healing and wellness.

I highly recommend the Wholistic Intervention Center of Maat to any and everyone who is looking to recenter, refresh or renew. There are several services to help you along your journey. Skt has a relaxing and calming tone of voice that aided in easing my mind of the fear of the unknown. I knew I needed to heal and detox but had no idea that she had so many ways to help me to achieve that goal. I thoroughly enjoyed my deluxe ion detox food bath. I sat in a super comfy massage chair, while frankincense mists filled the room. Aromatherapy is part of the deluxe package and I highly recommend it 😉As I inhaled deeply and began to unwind from my day, I noticed the light in the room went from flourescent to purple. Little did I know, my crown chakra was misaligned. Skt was able to tell me that by using crystal therapy. I received some light and sound therapy too! Music played in a specific hz to realign my chakras. After my foot detox was over, I was given some water to hydrate since a lot of toxins were removed. I definitely felt a lot better afterwards and did not leave as the same person that I was when I came! I will definitely be back! Thank you kindly Skt❤️✨

Skt is one of the best holistic practitioners I've had the pleasure of receiving services from. She has the most pleasant spirit which makes me feel comfortable and at ease when talking to her about areas of concern as well as providing feedback from services rendered. She is definitely my number one go to for Reiki sessions and I have recommended friends to seek her out for services as well based on my interactions with her which is always positive and uplifting.

After passing by the building for months, I finally decided to check this place out and I am beyond happy that I did. My Reiki therapy session was one to remember. I haven’t felt this light, in-tune and clear-minded in sooo many years. Grateful beyond measures and I cant wait to go back!
